Sammy's AFO was fitted yesterday. He does not like it one bit. The UCB insert, he is fine with, and tried to put it on his foot, after all it does have spider man on it. The AFO, is a whole different story. He cries the whole time it is on. Our PT told me to try to do 2 fifteen minute sessions with him today, and then tomorrow we would talk about it more. We actually did 3 fifteen minute sessions, but he cried the whole time. He can't seem to crawl in it,

Poor Sammy...I hate when you have to make them do things you know are good for them and you end up with faces like that. I hope he adjusts to it soon. It seems like it shouldn't actually hinder his crawling too much once he gets the hang of it.
That face is so cute.... It is so hard when they get that look on their face. It breaks my heart -- although it is adorable looking.
I hope that it gets better and he gets used to it. You will have to keep us posted on how it goes.
